• Only one entry will be permitted per person. Multiple entries are not permitted. Entrants who submit multiple entries will be disqualified.
• Each daily question will be unlocked at approximately 09.00 between [15/11/2012 and 24/11/2012]. The Promoter reserves the right to unlock the daily question earlier or later than 9am but only to the maximum of 30 minutes either side (08.30 – 09.30)
• Any names, trademarks, brands and images (other than "Roller" and "Paddy Power") used in the Promotion are not associated with this Promotion or the Promoter in any way.
• The final winner ("Winner") will have approximately 1 week contemplation time between being chosen and making their bet for the chance to win £1 million. Within this time the Winner is required to perform all media engagements requested by the Promoter. Media engagements will be attended by a member of the Promoter’s staff and selected other participants as deemed necessary by the Promoter.

You are more than welcome to play in the £1m promotion. But to qualify for a chance to share in the Roller Rollover bonus bet pool you will need to download the Roller Casino app onto your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad.

Are you sure? The T&C say the following

If the bet is won, the winner will receive £1,000,000.
If the bet is unsuccessful, every player who played on all 10 days of the competition, is over the age of 18, resides in the UK, has downloaded the Roller Casino app AND has a real money Roller Casino account will equally share a Roller Rollover bonus bet pool of £10,000. Each player’s share will be added to their Roller Casino bonus balance and will need to be played through once in full before it can be withdrawn.

There is no mention of an ipad except when the guy in the film is talking about apps.
