I ordered some FREE power supplies via this link with little expectation. Whenever I tried to check the order progress on the internet it would not come up with my order. Didn't bother me, but I had given up.

Then...

...just now i had an Indian phone call (hmmm...what time is it there I wonder?) telling me that some order was on it's way for delivery today ...and apologizing for the delay due to some technical problem!! I am very curious whether it is these free power supplies for some PC or whether they will be mis-delivering me a new PC !!

lol! Exactly the same here, ordered a free power cable, just out of curiosity. & like you say, phone call from polite Indian man this morning apoligising for the delay to the order, caused by some internal problem! Will be here within 4-5 days ?! :j

My promised Dell delivery never turned up yesterday despite the Indian call. Annoying as I stayed in... M<aybe it was delivered to somewhere in Delhi?

I got this message too on 1571, and again it didn't turn up. I'm presuming it's something to do with the holiday weekend. Interesting to see what comes if the delivery happens.
