How do I centralise a website page on my computer screen

for some unexplicable reason whenever I access a website page it doesn't centralise and the page I'm viewing disappears off the right hand side of the screen so I can't access the scroll down facility or the Minimise/Maximise icon on the top right hand corner. How do I correct this please?

On Windows, try hitting ALT+SPACE then Maximize. It sounds like your browser window is exceeding the size of the desktop.0
