i see it only has vga, my graphics cards is dvi only, would i loose quality in picture if a use a vga to dvi connector, or would i be best getting a monitor with dvi.?

my friends has advised me to up my budget, and advised i go for the Novatech nVision Life 22" Widescreen LED Monitor at 99.98, is this good value for money are are there better monitors for the same sort of price
