Try it, I am a bg engineer and have worked for other companies aswell. I know bg are head and shoulders the best in the business at the moment. A lot of the old moans are very dated as the business has moved forwards light years recently. Bg now have moved from a maintenance cover to an insurance based product, this means that all advice on parts and flushing etc is covered by the insurance code and incredibly strict. The possible downside to that is that monthly payments are now premiums and are calculated individually to your risk and claim history. Been over the parts situation a million times on this forum, even on this thread....if they are available from the manufacturer they are available from bg!
