hi,
i need urgent solution for this
we are group of people staying at current address more than 4 years.
when we moved in to this address our landlord is very flexible in terms and rent we told her " we will tell before 1 month leaving this property". in 2011 May she sold her house then letting agent entered in to the tenant agreement mistakenly my wife and my friends signed on that agreement for to stay for up to June, 2013.
in this current house I am staying with 2 friends, my wife, my small daughter and me.
the problem started here recently i got job in London so I am moving from current address, during the credit and reference check with new letting agency my old letting agency not giving any references. he saying we must stay in that house till june 2013 or pay full amount up to June,2013.
what should we do now?

Read this post here to understand your options, and the law:

In our agreement we do not have any breaking clause, how should we break this agreement?
we giving him 2 months notice but still he is not accepting?0 -
The simple answer is that you can't break the contract.
However, you could try negotiating with the landlord - offering to pay rent until a new tenant is found and to pay the costs of advertising, finding a tenant, referencing, credit checks, etc. Most reasonable landlords would be prepared to come to such a suitable agreement but just giving notice will not get you out early.0 -
Welcome!
So you have signed a two year contract? If so did you understand what you had signed? Asking because it sounds like English might not be your first language. Where you forced into signing or were you happy to do so at the time, whose idea was two years? Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0
