in Credit cards
The is the first time I have used this forum/website.
I have lost all mu credit card details I had with Barclaycard, I closed the account in 2008 and recently called them to try and obtain my old account details. I was informed that they do not have any details that I held an account.
Is there anyway of obtaining these old details?????
Any advice would be most welcome....

Is there a particular reason why you need this information?
You could SAR them but it would cost you £10.0 -
i'd like to claim back my ppi0

If you do yourself (rather than pay 30% to a 3rd party) then look at the Barclays website - there should be a form to download or a telephone number for you to ring to start the process.
If you have no credit card account start with full name and address (when you had the card) and ask them to check their records.
If you get nowhere with this then you will need to SAR them and pay £10.0 -
Thank you, I will give that a go....0

One way that often works is to obtain a copy of your credit file, usually if you have had the card within the last 6 years it is detailed on there. Alternatively if you ever made a payment via direct debit to the card your card number will have been used as a reference for the payment, i would advise checking old bank statements if this is the case.0
