UKPC Appeal rejected. What next?

Hi

My UKPC Appeal was rejected and I've received a £90 unpaid parking charge. What happens next if I don't pay it?

Can it effect my credit rating etc?

    No it wont,

You can do nothing if you wish as nothing will happen

However , did you get a popla appeal code?

If you did and wish to cost the ppc (ukpc) £32 then please send me a private message and i shall help you from there
    For everthing else there's mastercard.
    For clampers there's Barclaycard.

    1. When did the original parking incident occur?
    2. If after Oct 1st, did UKPC give you a POPLA appeal code?

Don't worry, it cannot affect your credit rating if you don't pay it, but you could cost the PPC £27 plus VAT by appealing further the POPLA (depending on the date of your parking 'transgression')

Pre-popla, so throw in the bin - you made a bit of a mistake because you thought the words "appeal process" meant something - it doesn't, it's just a part of a scam, they would reject your 'appeal' regardless of what evidence you supplied.

Just ignore any future letters - you'll get a series of increasingly sinister letters but it's all hot-air and if you don't respond to any of them eventually they will simply go away. It will not impact your credit rating in any way shape or form - to do that, they would actually have to a) take you to court (unlikely), b) win (very very unlikely) and then you'd have to refuse to pay.

If any of the future letters concern you, just come back and we can play snap - because we've seen all the letters before.

I'll tell you what happens, you'll get four or five threatograms and then the matter self-destructs. They are going nowhere with regards legal channels as the amount they seek is irrecoverable.
