Haven. paid for holiday in full then Haven say they want more money!!!!

:(Hi at the weekend i purchased a holiday with Haven which was a very very good price. I paid in full and have the documents saying "you have paid in full and we look forward to seeing you etc. However Haven have now emailed to say they had an error on their system and they want another 300 pounds!! can they do this??
