toyota finance ppi

I was wondering if anyone could me, My wife bought a car from toyota 5 yrs ago and she thinks that she was made to take out ppi with the finance, The finance was through toyota finance and we have misplaced the paperwork for the loan, we paid the loan off after a couple of years. I have looked on the net for an address/ phone number for toyoyta but just keep getting those ppi claim companys advertising. Any help would be appreciated.
