Hi all
New to this site so go easy on me!
I am hoping to sell my flat and i was hoping to put it on the market very soon but reading a few posts, i realise that doing so may not be such a good idea.
In all your experiences, is there a good/bad time to put property on the market e.g. before or after xmas etc.... Mine is a 2 bed flat in UB3.
Thanks in advance.:)

Welcome!
Put the flat on the market once you have decluttered, spring cleaned, finished those niggly DIY tasks, neutralised and lightened the decor. The market is very sluggish between now and January. Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -
Tip- be realistic in your pricing, check other sold prices for similar houses0

I have just sold a house in UB4. I had loads of viewers and got offered full asking price within a week. I was astonished as I was expecting it to still be on the market next year. I would definitely keep an eye on Rightmove etc and see what is happening with similar properties in the area.0 -

Look at Zoopla! Check if anything else sold around that time! Look to see if any of those have sold recently and how their prices have appreciated or depreciated! Ask local agents what they think your place is worth!
And for goodness' sake, stop ending every statement with an exclamation mark......0
