Caravan Insurance Help Please

My MIL has just bought a Caravan and needs it moved from the present owners address to a permanent caravan site. My Car (Company Car) has a tow bar so I will be doing the driving, I have fully comp Insurance & MIL is taking out (Touring) caravan insurance.
Do you know if we will def be covered?? I'm sure we will be would like to make certain.

Check your car insurance document you should be covered for towing a caravan but I sugget you get separate caravan insurance incase your caravan is stolen or damaged etc. My caravan insurance is £68 for the year and includes replacing caravan cost if stolen plus all contents including awning etc.Competitions wins 2010

You should inform your car insurers that you intend to tow. The car insurance normally covers only third party when towing, i.e. it does not cover the caravan itself. That is covered by the caravan insurance.
Is your car heavy and powerful enough to tow the caravan? You must not exceed the car's stated towing weight.
