I recently placed an small order with john lewis, which I didn't receive.
I didn't have time to chase it yet, but yesterday I received a phone call from someone asking if I had received the item, because their system showed that there was a glitch and some information was missing.
It's never happened to me before, I've had orders not going to plan, occasionally, but it's normally me doing the chasing with other companies.
(Tesco Direct and Littlewood outlet were a real hassle to deal with)
