This is fantastic, my treats have run out last month and I just remembered this thread, so I phoned 2211 again and they have now 40 texts a month for 3 months (instead of 20 before), or 30 off-peak minutes a month for 3 months, so I chose the texts again and also told hubby to do the same on his. They will be added from the time of my next bill, so folks, if you haven't got any treats at the moment, ring up!

oh dear you have to of been an o2 customer for 6 months and i havent been yet but i will be notified via text when im eligable

I've been with O2 for 8 months but I have never recieved an email concerning these treats!

just tried it but it only gave me the option of txts or off peak minutes! wanted browsing - never mind!
