02 Treats - Free for 02 Users

Options
Apologies first of all if this has already done the rounds:

If you have an 02 pay monthly account dial 2211 (the call is free) from your mobile and you'll be given an option of some "treats" from O2 for a period of time: Free texts / minutes / browsing etc.

I have posted this on the mobile phone section too.

Regards,

funnigly enough, my boyfriend got sent this through a text. He rang this number for me, it said the extra texts i had chosen would be available in a week (or something) but they still have never came.

I think it must only work if you dont use your monthly tarrif up, i often go over mine hwere my boyfriend doesnt. Its probably a ploy to make you go over your tarrif and get more money from you!

If you apply for this, does it cancel out any other O2 'perks', e.g. the one where you get 10% of your top-ups back every 3 months?

What about getting a free o2 sim and then you are a 02 customer right? Would that work? Do you have to register with them?
