Find out who the vendor is and make sure you clearly set out your position and deliver a copy of the offer to them.Stop! Think. Read the small print. Trust nothing and assume that it is your responsibility. That way it rarely goes wrong.

Maybe I am not understanding what is being suggested but as far as I am aware the vendor is not forced to take the highest bid, with the bid you should also explain all the positives about you buying the property.
As long as nothing is revealed to other vendors about the bids it doesn't matter if they are in a sealed envelope or in an email.
The best and final applies to a time scale for the last time a bid can be made.0
