Is this a chargeback or a dispute (INR).
For a chargeback, you need to upload your certificate of posting (proof of posting) from the Post Office.
If it's a dispute (INR) then your tracking will be fine as long.0 -
its a chargeback, it was a courier details are online. i have provided the tracking details paypal asked forlet he without sin cast the first stone0

When the courier came, he/she should have provided some paperwork and then signed it. That is what you need to upload.0

The rules did change at the beginning of October to include tracking, but Paypal can be very stringent on chargebacks. Currently their T&C are somewhat ambiguous as to whether you need tracking AND a certificate of posting, or if it's 'either / or'.
You should keep any certificate of posting for 180 days.
I would suggest you upload all you have and then wait for the decision. If you lose, you can appeal, so come back here for some more help. The section of seller protection is 11, if you want to have a read through and specifically 11.7.
11.8 does suggest that your tracking will do, but 11.7 is unquantified.11.8 What is “Proof of Postage”?
Online or physical documentation from a postal company that includes all of the following:
A status of “shipped” (or equivalent) and the date of postage
The recipient’s address, showing at least the city/county or postcode (or international equivalent).
Official acceptance from the shipping company (for example, a postmark, a receipt, or online tracking information). Or, if you have Proof of Delivery then you do not need Proof of Postage.
So, don't worry for now, upload what you have and wait.0 -
