Help! What do I do next?

I have sent the first template letter to Abbey and they have only sent me one years worth of copy statements, not the six years of charges requested. I am unsure what to do next. Do I contact them again, do I wait and see if anything else is sent? They have cashed my 10.00 cheque. Help!!!

How long has it been since they cashed the cheque. Statements are often sent in batches, so more may appear before the 40 days is up.
  • Just over a week, they sent a load of statements the day after the cheque was cashed then another batch arrived the next day but they were all for 2006-2007
