Lloyds Reclaiming Bank Caharges - Prepareing for Court

Hy. I am now at the point of handing/sending letter to my lloyds Branch Bexleyheath, stating if I do not recieve £660.59 charges, then in 14 days time I will be making the claim therough the court.
However, they are not charging for April and refunded for March of about £100 should I still go with my original request for the full amount.
Situation at present, I owe Lloyds about £12,000 for a Loan which is a loan a/c. I ow them about £550 overdrawn amount on my current account in question. My OD limit was and is £50.00 reviewed in July this year.
NOTE: In Oct 2006 my ac was £17 OD I asked them not to pay the £330 DD loan paymentas I was going to have financial problems, they went ahead and made the payment anyway which is why the CA is OD now because of all the charges they added to it since then.
They have not given me satisfactoray replies. It has goine to the FOS primaraily about the way they have handled my account and me.
I dont think I want toi wait 9 months so am going to go ahead with the court action now if neccessary.
QUESTION - Should I go ahead down this route, I have kep all paperwork and communications. And if I did win would LLoyds let me have the amount I am requesting or will they pay off there own debts first. I have contacted the CCS regarding payment arrangements with my 5 Debtors and feel that if I get this money from Lloyds then it should be shared out fairly.
Can anyone help.
