Something is happening to my internet broadband connection. When I stream audio or video I am getting a kind of crackly, slowed down sound of poor quality. It is strange but the sound actually slows down.

Any ideas ?

I get the crackling on YouTube and iPlayer on XP desktop and laptop, but not on the Vista desktop, nor iPad.

Obviously machine-related, but I haven't debugged the reason
  • I had this yesterday. I put it on pause for a short while, then streamed again and it was OK.

Crappy sound card? Playing out through USB and there is other stuff going on choking up the bus?

I had similar problems a few months ago, downgraded to10.3 flashplayer. Noticed it is still a problem if using latest chrome pepperflash version 11 something.
