That's a fab achievement!!! I banked another 5 coins today .. Hope I end up with £1k like you! Was that all from this year or did you carry the tin over from 2012? Good to know so I can try guess how much is in my tin ha ha
    DDx

Thank you :D Yes I carried over from last year.I think I started in March 12 So about 15 Months in total saving.
I honestly have not missed them and if I only have them in my purse I will not spend them (which is good for my spending habits)
I am so MSE guess how I spent them ???? Yes as an overpayment on my Mortgage :A haha ! How sad is that.
So keep going everyone I am now going for my next £1000 and I have promised myself I will spend them on a new bed !! Only £994 to go :D
    Happy hunting

Thanks DD :D I am sure you will have that cooker by Christmas.
We were in the same boat as you for about a year we were lucky and had a microwave that was a cooker and grill as well.We could do loads of meals with it in the end :) But could never have any more than 4 people eating at the same time :rotfl:
So keep collecting as there should be loads about with my £1k back in circulation:rotfl:It was hard parting with them :(

    Happy hunting
