Need assistance to get started: On:line Finance PPI

Hello,
My girlfriend took out car finance back on the 17/05/2005 and was told that unless she took out PPI she would not be allowed the finance, so clearly she been mis-sold.
However the company she took it with called On:line finance, have not provided us with a full copy of the statement, so we need to send £10 to request the full breakdown before we can continue.
Does anyone know the contact details of on:line finance so that we can request this?
Also the car in question has since been sold and she has taken another loan out for her current car. So basically they paid off the remaining amount of the loan and then she took fresh finance with them. Will that make any difference?
Thank you

Sorry to bump, but could someone please help? I would prefer not to use a PPI company, but I'm not sure where to get started,0

Why do you think it has been mis-sold because they said it was needed for the loan?
For your second point, unless the PPI was front loaded then your PPI payments would have been reduced by X PPI Amounts where X is the amount of months left to pay on the loan0 -
If you have the account number for this loan and reasons for mis sell, you do not need anything more than this to put a claim in.RTSFirebat wrote: »Hello,

Mention the second loan too as the remaining PPI from the first loan after the rebate will have been carried over to the second one and you are still paying this in the new loan, this was Single Premium PP and use this as a reason for mis sell and also the fact the remaining PPI after the rebate is on the second loan, look for other reasons that may apply to you.
