Alternative Bank of Scotland telephone number

Hi, my son thinks his bank account has been hacked as there is a transaction of over £100 he didn't make. He went into a branch today near his Uni but they gave him an 0845 number to call. He's tried it twice today and held on for over 10 minutes each time which is costing him a fortune on his mobile. Can anyone give me a landline number for Bank of Scotland fraud dept. Tried Say No to 0845 but no luck.

Try 0131 339 2573 'for general enquiries'

Otherwise a BT payphone will be 60p minimum fee for 30 minutes to 0845.

However I'd go back to the branch and ask why they can't deal with it or at least provide a customer phone for him to use.
