I sent of my form to the courts as my bank put in a defence. I paid the court fees that was back in February and I'm still waiting for my court date. How long did others wait for the date? I have called to chase about 2 weeks ago and she hadn't processed it yet but said she would do it straight away. If she did it has now been 2/3 weeks and still no date. I'm going to chase again but just wondered if others had this at court date stage?

It depends on how the busy the court dealing with your case is so I dont think there is a definite timescale for this. All you can do is keep chasing it. Good luck

Thanks twinkly! I've spoken to someone today and he seems to think I should get a date in the next couple of days....fingers crossed0
