Kitchen Wall - Plaster

Hi - I had a section of Kitchen Wall plastered (Back to the brick, rendered and slurry coat applied) - It just does not seem to be drying in a certain place (outside wall) - it has water droplets on the new plaster still and the section that was left where the skirting board goes (the brickwork also has water droplets on the black paint (i think that is the slurry coat)
Do I have anything to worry about? Is this normal? Should I put a dehumidifier in there to help it dry out? The central heating is on in there
