Virgin card question....

:wave: does anyone know how long it takes for a payment made through the virgin money login to show on the 'payments' page? or indeed how long it takes for them to actually take it from my bank?
I paid an extra payment on Fri and it's still not showing anywhere!

Just guessing, but Virgin is powered by MBNA isn't it?

If you made it by Faster Payments it should be in by now. If you paid it by debit card from their site then it could depend on what time you made the payment.

For MBNA the following rules apply:

Your payment will be completed on the next business day unless your request is received after 5pm, on a weekend/bank holiday, or after 2.30 pm on the last business day of each month when it will take an extra business day.
Providing there are no restrictions on your credit card account, the value of your payment will be available for you to use from the start of the business day on which your payment is completed.
It will show in your 'Available for Cash & Purchases' and 'Outstanding Balance' totals after 9.00pm on that day.
