By entering this prize draw, all entrants agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Open to UK residents 18+.
2. Excludes employees of ASDA Stores Limited, SCA Hygiene Products UK Ltd and their immediate families, its agents and anyone professionally associated with the promotion.
3. Opens 13.11.12, closes midnight on 13.02.13.
4. Entry to the draw is available either: by entering your details at https://www.velvetfuelprize.co.uk; or by texting FUEL followed by a space and then your NAME to 82100. 5. Only one text entry per person or per valid e-mail address and only one entry per envelope for postal entries. 3rd party, consumer groups and automated entries are not allowed.
6. There will be one draw for all Asda stores. 3 winners will be randomly selected under independent supervision. The winners will be notified by phone by 27.02.13. If a winner cannot be contacted within 28 days from the first notification or is unable to take their prize, the promoter will offer the prize to a substitute winner.
7. All text entries will be charged at the entrants’ standard network tariff.
8. Sending a text message, posting or entering details online is not proof of receipt of entry. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are lost or delayed, or which are unable to be sent due to lack of network coverage, operator or network error, or for any other reason beyond its control.
