18185/1899 Capacity Problems

Increasingly when trying to use either of these numbers, I get a message telling me that Due To Capacity Problems, 18185/1899 is not available. Try Again Later.
I have complained but they just respond suggesting I try later. Why suddenly (over the past few weeks) are these numbers so unreliable. It was a great service but now its unreliable. Any ideas why or what other numbers can be better used to get cheap calls?

Reason why, probaly more punters taking advantage of speak as long as you like to a 01/02/03 number for just 5p from a landline.

Nothing really matches this unless you make lots of call to justify buying an inclusive call bundle .But you can check other cheap suppliers here http://callchecker.moneysavingexpert.com/ukcallchecker/

I use 18185 but haven't experienced any problems with using it during the day - I wonder if its a regional issue rather than a national one??
