Hi
I'm wondering if there is anyone who has experinced this problem,
I first sent my letter to the bank with a £5.00 cheque,waited 4 weeks
heard nothing i went down to branch they then adviced that i needed to pay £10.00 so i again done this on the 22/02/07.Today i have had my £5.00 cheuqe returned not the £10.00 and been told that i have to now pay
£5.00 per statment sheet if i want all 6 yrs statments if this is the case there is no point claming surely this can not be right .Please can anyone help,
