Have posted this thread before but seems to have disappeared.....
First letter sent to Natwest in January. Didn't get much joy at all until I raised MCOL on 16/03/2007 (fee was £250.00). on Friday i received a letter from their solicitors requesting by bank sort code and account number. on Saturday i received an offer of £6,000 for a requested £8,300 (including charges, interest and court fee). only got until this Saturday til end of 28 days. Waiting game now
