You can sue your bank for unfair treatment

What I gather from CAG is that they are using BCOB to show that the application of the bank charges can lead to an unfair, and potentially illegal, situation such as where a customer has had bank charges applied and subsequently gone into an unauthorised overdraft and being charged for it.
BCOBs has been around for about 5 years. Has it occurred to you why there is not a single example on CAG (or in fact anywhere) where BCOBs has been used applied in this scenario?

You've bumped up a two year-old thread just to promote another website and berate posters here for comments made around eighteen months ago?:eek:I know this is an old thread, but wow. I am impressed at the level of arrogance and ignorance displayed by the posters criticising CAG.0 -
