I bought a box of 6 choc ices in Middlesbrough, ate 4 (2 for me and one each for 2 kids) and tried, unsuccessfully, to give 2 away. People looked at me as if I was a mass murdere, child molester or something, despite being middle aged with 2 young children, happily munching away on identical products
So in future I will throw them away (reluctantly)! Less traumatic

Surely you know that when sold like this, products are often smaller than the equivalent individual product? Just about all multi-packs use the same trick.

The real comparison is, of course, not on the unit price but on the cost/weight price.

That might be so, but a multipack of Magnums costs about £1.80 instead of £1.25(+++) each.

Smaller they may be, but not THAT much smaller. :eek:

TBH I'd have bought the supermarket own brand version and then given the third one away
