M&S nightwear offer, incorrect discounts on invoice

I bought some items and noticed the discount is incorrectly applied so emailed them before completing the order they replied stating I was right and the discount applied was incorrect, seems to be a computer glitch they said go ahead and we will adjust the invoice accordingly.

Try phoning 020 8718 0888 or 0800 028 9004. Try the 020 number first.
May be best to wait a little to see if they reply your email. if they haven't answered within 24hrs then phone them.
Write to them if you're not getting any joy. Print out the email you've mentioned as proof and send that with your complaint. If you haven't got a printer your local library should have one.
