Sent a few emails to the Currys/PCW CEO with regards faulty products bought from their store.
There was no debating and no negotiating...Currys just asked us to take the products back to our local store and we got a refund based on a 6-year depreciation calculation. Used one of the refunds to get a new TV, which cost us just £50.
Really impressed with them.:j
