Is GardenCare a good brand

Hi
I ordered online some garden machinery from a website, I found Ryobi 30cc expand it(4 in 1 tool) at a nice price;
However the website people called me and told me that that stock has run out and that there is not going to be new stock at that price
Then as a good will gesture they said that they will discount another, more expensive model for me, in their opinion a better option anyway
Gardencare Multitool GC-MT262 4 in 1 with Attachments
I tried to research the company(gardencare) and the product itself but have no luck
It might be a good deal, but on the other hand sounds like a bit of a scam(advertise something decent at a good price, then call the people and offer them a bad deal replacement in a way misseling a bad product)
I did not give any answer because I do not know what to do, I can afford to pay the extra to get the gardencare tool, but I am not sure if it is a scam or gardencare are reliable appliances
Any help will be much appreciated
Thank you
