Thanks for reading this first off all. I am so confused with all the price plans out there.

I am with Atlantic on economy 7, This is what i pay with 5% vat,

Day 15.98,
Night 7.07,
standing charge 16.45.

I also get about £50 back every 13 months. During the winter the heaters us the electricity at night.

I pay around £40-£60 a month depending on time of year. Just wondering if this is good or is there any better out?

Also anyone know what the co-op are like?

The best thing to do is use a comparison site such as energyhelpline or switchwithwhich.
Enter your present tariff and your annual kwh figure not your cost.
The resuilts will give you an indication of how expensive your Atlantic tariff is and also show how much you could potentially save.

After spending a few hours searching and ringing a few companies i seem to be on a cheap plan
