online radio problem

Now I always listen online to radio kent or on i'player for my favourate shows.
So since the weekend the reception is awfully slow and sounds wobbly.
I can't see anything about low bandwidth, and have tried searching but still at a loss.
Please can anyone help, my security updates are all done, it's driving me nuts.
Oddly tonight the topic on my fave show was about the worst areas with slow running internet - yep we are about number 5.
Could it be anything to do with babylon which seems to have taken over my google chrome recently?

You might first try this cleaner, worked for me, to get rid of Babylon...
