This One Pot Recipe Competition is open to members and non members of Sainsbury's Diets who are over 18 and are resident in the UK.
This competition is open from Sunday 14th October 2012 until Thursday 15th November. Entries must be received by 23:59 on Thursday 15th November.
There is one prize of Morphy Richards 48715 6.5l slow cooker (worth £49.99 on Sainsburys.co.uk), and one Morphy Richards 48919 Accents Red Hand Blender & Processor (worth £79.99 on Sainsburys.co.uk). Prices correct as of 11 October 2012. No alternative prize will be offered; the prize cannot be exchanged for cash. If the exact model is unavailable, similar products of equal value or higher will be provided.
To participate in this competition, entrants must submit by email to customercare@sainsburysdiets.co.uk a recipe for a One Pot Meal which contains fewer than 500 calories.
By entering into this competition the entrant agrees that they own the rights to the recipe they have submitted. This means that the recipe may not be a direct copy of any published recipe.
By entering into this competition the entrant agrees to participate in reasonable publicity such as that their recipe may be posted on the sainsburysdiets.co.uk website together with their name. If they do not want their name to feature with the recipe or they would prefer to feature their forum name, they need to stipulate this in their email entry.
The name of the winner will be posted together their recipe on sainsurysdiets.co.uk
The winner's name and recipe is also available by sending an email to customercare@sainsburysdiets.co.uk between 28th November 2012 and 28th January 2013.
All eligible entries received between 14th October and 23:59 on 15th November 2012 will be considered.
The winner will be selected by a panel of judges at Sainsbury's Diets on Tuesday 20th November and the winner will be notified by email on Wednesday 21st November. The judges' decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
In the notification email, the winner will be asked to provide a postal address where the prize should be sent to. The address will not be used by Sainsbury's Diets for any other purpose. If Sainsbury's Diets do not receive a response from the winner containing a postal address within 14 days, Sainsbury's Diets will re-select an alternative winner. The re-selected winner must respond within 14 days (and so on until a winner can be contacted who will take up the prize).
No responsibility is accepted for entries not received by Sainsbury's Diets. Proof of transmission, posting or sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
Proof of identity may be requested before the prize is awarded.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
