hi, after over 40 days wait, sending a second letter to Halifax threatening them to report them to ICC , finally had statemnets through.
Added up the amount (just over eleven hundered), put in claim for the full amount plus interest then had the bog standard letter saying may take up to 8 weeks to look into it. Shall i stick to my dates and fill in the small courts claim? Also has anyone had a luck with claiming from American Express, they sent us the statements, put also sent us a letter saying that they are not going to pay us anything (£150) at all, the 14 days was up on sunday just gone, so do i take them to court?
