Terms and Conditions
The competition closes on 20th November 2012 at 11.59PM.
The Competition is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
The prize is a trip to New York for two nights staying at the 4* Empire Hotel on a room only basis.
The prize is for 1 winner and their chosen guest.
The winner and guest must both have a valid machine readable passport with minimum 6 month validity beyond the return date, with at least 2 unstamped pages and an ESTA visa (if applicable).
The Winner and chosen guest will be responsible for transport to and from the London airport and all other personal expenses. Spending money is not included.
The Winner and chosen guest will be responsible for Travel Insurance.
Travel is available up to the end of August 2013 (subject to availability) but excludes Christmas, New Year and US and UK Bank Holiday periods and once booked cannot be amended.
Individual supplier terms & conditions apply.
The prize winner must provide 6 weeks' notice before preferred departure date.
No cash alternative is available prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Guests below the age of 16 must provide written parental consent to travel unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Terms and Conditions of the carriers apply.
One winner will be selected at random from all correct entries and will be contacted by e-mail by Channel 4.
If you do not claim your prize within one week, we may select an alternative winner.
Multiple competition entries will be counted as one.
