Can I claim back mobile phone insurance

Hi All
I'm new to this forum so if you could bare with me lol
The question I'm asking is
With all the ppi claims on credit card n loans ect would it be possible to claim back miss sold mobile phone insurance
Hope some1 can help

    You can complain about any insurance, but on what basis would you complain that 'phone insurance was mis-sold?

    I rang them years ago to cancel the insurance and they hadn't and yes I feel stupid and dum that I haven't realised that I was still paying it

    That's not mis-selling. If you can somehow prove you cancelled then you may get a refund backdated to when you "cancelled".

    Any idea how long ago, they might still have the phone call on your records. If you told them to cancel it and they ddnt, theres your proof.
