This bank is offering 4% on a 3 year deal why isn't in any best newspaper buys. It is listed as FSA.I would like to put in max.amount of £85,000 ,is it safe to do so ?

If they have FSCS protection, your savings are safe up to £85K. You should allow for any interest your money will earn in the £85K.0

I've been wondering about this. Other small banks offering fairly high rates are also missing.
