Big bubbles inb exterior paint (painted two years ago)?

Hope this is the right place to post this.
I have just been outside (pouring down with rain), to check a few things and have noticed that the exterior paint on the house (exterior walls) is "bubbling" - large bubbles (well quite a lot in the region of 20cm). Have prodded one or two and they are definitely bubbles - i.e. the paint is nolonger fixed to the wall in those areas.
The house was completely (and professionally) repainted 2 years ago. I haven't noticed this problem before now (is it possible that the bubbles look a lot worse during the rain - I generally don't go out to look at the house during the rain...)
Is this common? What causes it? Anything that we can do about it?

the main cause is lack of adhesion , if the walls were powdery , they should have been sealed with a stabilizing solution before painting , another cause could be that damp/ moisture has got behind the bubbles , when it's not raining , if you can give them a prod , if they are full of water then they need to be burst to let the water out , if they are dry bubbles you can leave them for the winter and get them sorted out in the spring , or you could just leave them if they aren't cracked or letting in water0

Call the company back who did the work, IMO it should last longer than that.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0

Thank you very much. The bubbles DID go down once it stopped raining (and now not really noticeable). So what does that mean? How is the water getting in? Does anything else need to be done or do the bubles just need to be pricked (not that this is a small job, it is a pretty big house... well 2500sqft)? Or will more bubbles start forming?
Firefox, I was wondering.... It does seem very poor, however I assume that the work is carried by no guarantee.0
