Credit card help

in Credit cards
If anyone could help with credit cards I would be much appreciative
Basically I have a catalogue with very and the balance is 600 and the apr is 49.9% so every month most of the money I'm paying is interest and the balance doesn't seem to be moving
So I thought if I move the balance to a credit card with a 0% interest offer it will be gone within 6 months probably less
But I applied with virgin and got declined and I also applied with tesco and got declined
(I not sure if this would class as a balance transfer so if anyone could help with that aswell??)
When I got declined twice I joined experian to find I have a poor credit rating which I shocked me as the only thing iv ever had is this catalogue iv never been in debt or anything like that EVER
The reasons for this poor history apparently are
The age of my account indicates that I'm a high risk ??
Iv had this catalogue for about 12 months
I have recently opened 1 or more credit accounts
I opened simply be for a bra then sent it back payed the 1.99 delivery fee and closed the account
I have revolving credit that has been open for less than 10 months
I don't understand this
I have no successful settled non mail order accounts
No idea what this means either
I know that vanquish are a bad company and aqua and granite because iv already read reviews on them on here so if anyone can suggest or answer any questions it would be greatly appreciated
But o sarcastic people or horrible comments I am new to this and I'm only 21 so be understanding please
Thank you

You've got a poor credit rating because you have very limited experience with credit.
You are unlikely to get a decent 0% card. You'll probably need a purchases offer in any case, as I doubt you can BT the catalogue balance. But check whether the card would treat it as cash or purchases.
The Luma card may be one of the few options for you - they have 3 months 0% on purchases for poor credit ratings.0 -
You've the the catalogue for only 12 months and have run it up, but haven't paid it down. 600 on one catalogue is a hell of a lot.
Have you been buying stuff on it without paying at all?
Pretty lousy start which demonstrates to the other lenders you applied to that you can't handle credit. Be thankful they rejected you.0
