Didn't see anything about the Virgin Media goodybag - we did ask but the staff knew nothing about it. I splashed out £5 for the guide and got a free goodybag but I didn't think it was worth it - had a small box of tea, a pasta sauce and a small bottle of appetiser. I did however buy the Chaat deal (Indian food) which gave a bottle of Curry sauce of your choice, a small bottle of mango chutney, some bird seed & a magazine all for £3 which I thought was a very good deal. Also got a goodybag at the Knorr site with some sauce pots and a sauce sachet.

Do not know if this is wishful thinking on my part having downloaded a QR app recently - but does anyone know if there are any sites were by you can use your phone to QR scan for freebies?
It may not even be something that's possible i don't know - i just felt it worth asking on here?

I recently entered a competition with Tesco to join their Tried & Tested beauty panel.

To my amazement, our postie brought me a parcel last week with 5 lip glosses for me to try and give my opinion, incl Rimmel, Bourjois, Barry M, Revlon and L'Oreal totalling c£35.

I was wondering if there are any other MSE'rs who have joined this panel, too?

What's the Best Freebie You've Gotten on Freecycle?

We got a really nice TV stand, really modern and in VGC. Can't understand why someone was giving it away free! Get loads of great things from Freecycle though, so it's hard to choose. I once got a massive bag of craft items, including some gorgeous wools, chinese silks and brand new packets of card toppers. Someone was clearing out before a move.
