To the best of my knowledge the sample is available to collect on the last Friday of every month
I usually check the Beauty Club blog, if you google 'Debenhams Beauty Club blog' there's a section on it for promos/freebies - they post the sample announcement a few days in advance of its release.

mine are perfume samples, i try to sign up for them when i see them. Only started getting involved in freebies back in December but have had a few sent to me other the past few weeks.1
