Small fridge freezer

Hello, my old and much loved Hotpoint Mistral is just on its last legs and I need to replace it. However, I only have room for a fridge/freezer (need fridge on top too due to back problems) up to 1360 in height. I've found a few models:
Bush BSF55136
Liebherr CUP 2221-21
Candy CSC1365WE
LEC T5039W
All got reasonable reviews but wondered if anyone had anything to add or even additional models they might know about. Or of a website where I could do a generic search on that height. Don't want to waste money on something that I shall be expecting to last as long as my Hotpoint (1995 and ok till last few months!).
