Advice Needed!!! Waiting to exchange contracts for 3 months now

    Give him a deadline warning and commuinicate it via solicitors. Im sure he speak English well enough he will undesrstand the point.

    It doesn't look good. If you did give up does that mean you'd put your house back on the market or something else? At this time of year the market is slow so putting houses back on the market with a view to complete before Xmas is probably a bit unrealistic. With the chain above it's not all doom and gloom, if they did advertise again it doesn't mean they would sell, it doesn't hurt to follow suit so if they remarket theirs you remarket yours. Probably good idea waiting until January though.

    It doesn't look good spoke to my estate agent and
    Said that the bottom solicitors are still waiting for his
    Mortgage deeds(signed) & bank statements to prove he has deposit

    They can't get hold of him but I just don't don't understand
    That he sent these back 3 weeks ago and he didn't get the witness bit
    Signed for the mortgage deeds. So he must be serious in buying surely.

    Deadline is next Friday 30/11/12
