  • Hi,

    B3 1JP
    UK

    Tel: +44 (0)121 498 4000,

They are difficult to get hold of, the easiest way is to contact them on Facebook.

    I had something similar.

I wrote to them complaining that nobody ever answers the phone to order takeout - and telling them that because they hadn't answered, I'd taken my business elsewhere.

They replied with a completely stock letter, telling me how sad they are that we were disappointed by our visit, how much they value the feedback and take it seriously, how they'll give me £10 off when I visit again...

So I wrote back and said "it's hard to take it seriously when you say you take feedback seriously...and your response seems like you've not even read the letter..." and they sent the same standard letter again.

I checked with the restaurant in question, they'd never heard any feedback on the subject and, to top matters off, the manager then stole one of the letters so I couldn't complain about it anymore.

Conclusion: complete bunch of time wasters.

I'm not wanting to complain about food. I had to fill out an incident report while there at the weekend and I want to make sure the issue that caused it has been dealt with. The woman in charge at the time was less than helpful!
