Ive just checked and your email address is on the list of 'allowed' people to view the spreadsheeet so its beyond me why you cant open it... I have a gmail account, not sure if you can view it if you dont have a gmail account, i dont think this would be a reason not to be able to view it as dont think everyone on the list has gmail.. so im confused as you are

I've also PMed supermum and I removed and re-added her from the permission list, which will have regenerated the invite email - hopefully that will work!

nope didn't work but thanks for trying, i don't know why it won't open i've even had my son trying lol, oh well will still listen in anyway when i can as still have a lot of names and numbers on my list just not anyone from the 27th lol

If I sign into google chrome and click on Drive at the top it has a column to see docs that have been shared with you. Im new to this Google Docs thing but I like it - thanks Livewire I think it saves itself every time someone makes a change to it

yes i had to sign into google crome before i could view spreedsheet it's better than before as it updates itself but that's not taking anything away from tink86 because she must have worked so hard at the start must have been totally manic
